2) Make sure that you have checked it thoroughly and are happy with the specifications.

3) If you are happy, simply reply to this e-mail stating that you approve the order. Amendments cannot be made after this point, so please check thoroughly.

If there is an error with your order, please contact us and do not approve your order.

4) When replying, please also state the age group that you are placing the order for and confirm what you have based the sizes off of, e.g. has the team tried on any existing Zapkam kit?

We will not be able to progress your order until you have either (a) approved your specification sheet online or (b) replied to this e-mail approving your order.
