Why our custom made items take 4 weeks to be manufactured
Lead Times - Made to order items:
Orders must be paid for and our order sheet must be confirmed in writing before we put an order into production.
These items are literally manufactured to order from scratch and therefore take 3-8 weeks to be dispatched [from our warehouse] depending on the size and specifications of the order.
On average, orders containing made to order items will take 4 weeks to be dispatched [from our warehouse].
This lead time consists of a number of processes, including [but not limited to] dying of material, cutting of material, embroidery, printing, stitching and checking.
