1) Why are your Gloves so cheap?
First of all, our Gloves are not Cheap, they are exceptionally good value for money. Cheap indicates that the product is of a poor quality.
In answer to the question, we are not a multinational company. We are a local company, who love the Sport. We don't have huge overheads. We currently don't sell our products to any Retail Chains, so that we can sell directly to our Customers, so that you do not get hit by the excess that most Retail Chains add on.
2) What happens if my product doesn't fit me?
At Zapkam, we offer a quick and efficient returns service. We do not refund for a product which has been ordered in the wrong size, apart from in the unlikely circumstance when the item is faulty.
We ask you to return the item that is the incorrect size, to the address as stated on our Contact Us page. With the item, you must enclose the size that you would like to swap the item for, along with your return address, and contact telephone number, and £3.00 per return to cover our costs for return P+P.
3) How long will my product take to arrive?
We understand Internet Shopping can be frustrating. We hate waiting for something to arrive as much as the next person. This is why we strive to dispatch every single stocked item, within 24 hours whenever possible - working days only.
Personalised items such as Goalkeeper Gloves, which have had your name printed on to the strap, add up to 5 working days onto the delivery time.
Selected Team Wear is made to order. These items take around 3-5 weeks to be delivered.
