Exchange / Refund Qualification:

 

1:

Personalised items and made to order (team wear) items cannot be exchanged or refunded unless faulty.
 

2:

Items must be returned with all packaging complete, including tags and outer packaging. If the item is not in re-sellable condition, it will not be accepted for exchange unless faulty.

 

3:
In the unlikely event of a faulty item, we can exchange the product for you, or we can refund the total amount of the transaction, after receiving the faulty Item as proof. No items will be exchanged or refunded in any circumstances until after we have received and accepted the faulty item.

 

4:

We can only refund in the method that you paid for your order, i.e. if you pay via Credit Card, we cannot refund via Cash.
 

5:
You have 28 days from dispatch of order, to state there is a fault with your item.
 

6:
Buying the wrong size of an item does not qualify you for a refund.
 

7:

We offer an exchange service within the UK. Unfortunately we have to charge a £3.50 P+P charge for the first item, £0.50 for each additional item to cover our P+P costs. We will not exchange the product if the £3.50 P+P charge for the first item, £0.50 for each additional item is not paid, in any circumstances, unless the item is faulty.

 

Instructions:

 

We will not accept personalised and / or made-to-order items for exchange, in the event of ordering the wrong size.

If your item qualifies for an exchange or refund, please send the item to the address as stated below, accompanied with a letter stating that:

a) There is a problem with the product(s) you have purchased; what the problem is (i.e. faulty item, wrong size) and your order ID [if you cannot remember or find your order ID please contact us]

b) You would like to exchange your product(s), for a different size (in the same product), and would like Zapkam to send the product to your address. Please remember to clearly state the different size and your return address

 

c) The £3.50 P+P charge for the first item, £0.50 for each additional item (this applies for exchanges within the UK only)
