Frequently Asked Questions
Exchange / Refund Qualification:1) Personalised items and made-to-order (Team Wear) items cannot be exchanged or refunded unless faulty.
2) Unwanted items must be returned with all packaging complete, including tags and outer packaging. If the returned item is not in re-sellable condition, it will not be accepted for exchange unless faulty. 3) In the unlikely event of a faulty item, we can either exchange the product for you or we can refund the total amount of the transaction after receiving the faulty item as proof. No items will be exchanged or refunded under any circumstance until we have received the faulty item. 4) We can only refund in the method that you paid for your order; e.g. if you pay using Credit Card, we cannot refund you by Cash.
5) You have 28 days from receiving your order to state that there is a fault with your item.
6) Buying the wrong size of an item does not qualify you for a refund. You can however exchange your item for a different size (subject to availability), unless your item has been personalised or made-to-order.
7) We offer an exchange service within the UK. To cover our postage and packaging costs, we charge £3.50 for the first item and £0.50 for each additional item. We will not exchange the product under any circumstance if the £3.50 charge for the first item and £0.50 for each additional item is not paid (unless the item is faulty).
Instructions: We will not accept personalised or made-to-order items for exchange, in the event of ordering the wrong size.
If your item qualifies for an exchange or refund please send the item to the address below, accompanied with a letter stating that:
a) There is a problem with the product(s) you have purchased; what the problem is (e.g. faulty item, wrong size) and your order ID (if you cannot remember or find your order ID please contact us).
b) You would like to exchange your product(s) for a different size (of the same product) and would like Zapkam to send the new product to your address. Please remember to clearly state the different size required and your return address. c) Please include the £3.50 postage and packaging charge for the first item and £0.50 for each additional item (this applies for exchanges within the UK only).
We will not exchange the product if the £3.50 P+P charge for the first item, £0.50 for each additional item is not paid, in any circumstances, unless the item is faulty
