Returns Policy

In the unlikely event of a Faulty Item, we will refund you the total amount of the transaction, after receiving the Faulty Item as proof, unless you would like to exchange the product.

You have 10 working days from dispatch of order, to state there is a Fault with your item.

Buying the wrong size of an item does not qualify you for a refund.

We do however offer an exchange service (£3.50 P+P charge per item), upon all non-personalised items, in the event of ordering the wrong size.

In these instances, you must send the item to the address as stated below, accompanied with a letter stating that:

a) There is a problem with the product(s) you have purchased - and what the problem is (i.e. Faulty Item) - along with your contact details

b) You would like to exchange your product(s), for a different size (in the same product), and would like Zapkam to send the product to your address - which you must state, with the £3.50 P+P charge per item

Please note:

We will not exchange the product if the £3.50 P+P charge is not paid in any circumstances, unless the item is faulty
