Personalised items usually take 3-5 working days to be dispatched, although personalisation can take up to 10 working days during peak periods (e.g. Christmas time).

Made-to-order items will take between 3-8 weeks to be dispatched depending on the size of the order.

Lost Items

In the unlikely event of product(s) getting lost in the post, it will be the responsibility of the customer to claim for a lost item. This can be done by requesting a Lost Item Claim Form from your local Post Office.

Compensating Lost Items

In all instances Royal Mail or Business Post will be responsible for compensating for any lost items; Zapkam take no responsibility in such cases.
