A: Our gloves are a lot better value than a number of rival brands, mainly down to the fact that we do not sell through retail stores. We literally design and manufacture our own products without selling through any retail stores who often add a considerable mark-up. In actual fact, we strongly believe that Zapkam Goalkeeper Gloves are better than a number of rival brands charging 2 or 3 times the price of our Gloves. Q: How long will it take for my Goalkeeper Gloves to be dispatched? A: Goalkeeper Gloves that are not personalised will usually be dispatched within 24-48 hours (working days only). During peak periods, they may take up to 3-5 working days to be dispatched. We strongly recommend if you need your order quickly, you place your order over the phone so that you can ask our operators when it will be dispatched. Ordering before 2pm may mean that your Order can be dispatched the same day. Personalised Gloves will take an extra 3-5 working days on top of the normal delivery time as they need to be printed specially. During peak periods (e.g. Christmas time), Personalised Gloves may take up to 10 working days to be dispatched. |
